We are seeking a talented and experienced B2B Senior Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of B2B marketing experience in managing paid media campaigns across various platforms, including paid search, paid social, display and ABM. Bonus points for experience with ABM platforms like 6sense or Demandbase.. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of driving successful paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms to meet client objectives and KPIs. Platforms include, Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, display media partners. 6sense or Demandbase experience is nice to have.

  • Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to client goals, target audiences, and budgets.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

  • Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations that effectively communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve campaign performance.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including account managers, creative, and analytics, to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing strategies.

  • Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.

  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid media and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, preferably within an agency setting.

  • B2B + Agency Experience Preferred

  • Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, display media partners. . Bonus points for 6sense or Demandbase.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.

  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Paid Media
Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000
