Job Description:

As a Senior Director of Media, you will lead and inspire a team of media professionals to deliver exceptional results for our clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective media strategies across various channels, including paid search, social media, programmatic advertising, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Mentoring: Recruit, hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of media professionals.

  • Pitching and Strategy: Experience pitching new business and creating a strategy for new business deals.
  • Operations Management: Scope new media projects and optimize team resources that align to budget and profitability. 

  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic guidance and regular updates, and acting as an escalation point for any client issues.

  • Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies aligned with client business objectives.

  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Budget Management: Manage media budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

  • Performance Measurement: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Vendor Management: Build strong relationships with media vendors and negotiate favorable deals.

  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and provide thought leadership to the team.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as creative, analytics, and account management, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B digital media, with a strong focus on paid media.

  • Proven leadership experience, including team management and development.

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, programmatic advertising, and more.

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.

  • Experience with media buying platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Insta) Ads, and DV360.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing preferred.

  • Strong understanding of ABM principles and platforms like 6Sense and Demandbase

Salary Range:  $130,000 to $150,000
