Job Description:

SEO Managers are crucial in driving organic traffic and improving search engine visibility for BOL clients. As part of BOL’s integrated delivery team, you will develop and execute effective SEO strategies that align with our client’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keyword Research and Strategy: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value keywords and develop effective SEO strategies

  • On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking

  • Technical SEO: Implement technical SEO best practices, such as optimizing site speed, mobile-friendliness, and XML sitemaps

  • Link Building: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve backlink profiles and search engine rankings

  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, SEO-optimized content.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze website performance metrics, including organic traffic, rankings, and conversions

  • Account Support: Attend client calls, present SEO reports, distill performance insights, and connect them back to client goals
  • Ongoing Domain Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a B2B environment

  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and techniques

  • Experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, seoClarity, and SEMrush

  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Understanding of ABM concepts and how SEO can support ABM strategies

Salary Range:  $80,000 to $90,000
