Upon joining FLEX, you will go through a rigorous training period where you will be working directly with experts across each of our business units. Through these interactions, you will establish a strong foundational knowledge of our products and processes while also developing a deeper understanding of the performance marketing industry.

  

You will be exposed to a variety of responsibilities that are all essential components of operating a growing Performance Marketing agency while ensuring its long-term success. Our vision is to tailor your future at FLEX to your interests and strengths while giving you hands-on experience. 

 

Requirements:

  • Web and graphic design portfolio

  • Ability to create designs in multiple styles and aesthetics 

  • Experience with reference site research and translating elements from multiple websites into one cohesive design concept

  • Ability to distill simplicity from complex user requirements and remain flexible, decisive, and focused on the needs and timelines of the product

  • Ability to design websites with high performing conversion funnels 

  • Experience using  tools like  Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Figma to create assets

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to digest and implement feedback

  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX and looking to further develop your skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or relevant field

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Gather and evaluate the team’s requirements in collaboration with marketers, product managers, and developers

  • Perform website QA and surface any bugs, necessary aesthetic tweaks, or UI/UX issues e.g. responsiveness, element loading, copy mistakes 

  • Create original graphics and user interface elements such as landing page lead in images, “how it works” icons, logos, etc. You will be granted access to our Adobe Stock account for image sourcing 

  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look while adhering to style standards on fonts, colors and images
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on performance data after launch
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
  • Perform ad hoc projects, as needed

Salary:  $60,000-$75,000
