Upon joining FLEX, you will go through a rigorous training period where you will be working directly with experts across each of our business units. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

Demonstrated passion for digital data-based decision making

Ability to extract meaningful information from data; Excellent knowledge of Excel

Excellent communicator with experience translating data metrics into actionable insights for business units; excellent written and oral presentation skills
Responsibilities:

Contribute to designing, building, and executing the performance analytics strategy and make recommendations for continuous improvement based on insights from data

Create customized reports and dashboards that clearly and simply answer business questions

Collaborate and make recommendations on business analytics to deliver more insightful data to drive increased performance, efficiencies and better decision making

Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them

Forecast and develop the right strategies, campaigns, and tests to run

Identify, plan, and execute A/B testing opportunities

Oversee operational planning and project management for the successful execution of major cross functional initiatives/events

Work closely with management to lead projects to identify process gaps in the organization and lead the creation of innovative solutions to enhance performance

Synthesize complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods

Salary: $60,000-$80,000 + bonus
