Upon joining FLEX, you will go through a rigorous training period where you will be working directly with experts across each of our business units. Through these interactions, you will establish a strong foundational knowledge of our products and processes while also developing a deeper understanding of the performance marketing industry.

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

  • Demonstrated passion for digital data-based decision making

  • Ability to extract meaningful information from data; Excellent knowledge of Excel

  • Excellent communicator with experience translating data metrics into actionable insights for business units; excellent written and oral presentation skills

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Contribute to designing, building, and executing the performance analytics strategy and make recommendations for continuous  improvement based on insights from data 

  • Create customized reports and dashboards that clearly and simply answer business questions 

  • Collaborate and make recommendations on business analytics to deliver more insightful data to drive increased performance, efficiencies and better decision making

  • Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them

  • Forecast and develop the right strategies, campaigns, and tests to run

  • Identify, plan, and execute A/B testing opportunities 

  • Oversee operational planning and project management for the successful execution of major cross functional initiatives/events 

  • Work closely with management to lead projects to identify process gaps in the organization and lead the creation of innovative solutions to enhance performance

  • Synthesize complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods

Salary: $60,000-$80,000 + bonus
