Position Summary

The Infinavate NetSuite Business Development Representative primary objective is to develop new prospects by interacting with existing customers to increase sales and generate revenue for Infinavate’s NetSuite Practice. As an Infinavate NetSuite Business Development Representative, you will take ownership of lead generation, revenue generation, sales process, create & execute account development penetration strategies, close deals, and manage customer expectations. The successful NetSuite Business Development Representative will work closely with the Sales Director, Operations Director and our partners to execute sales strategies based on customer needs, competition and market potential.

Responsibilities

·       Contact new and past accounts via phone, emails, social media, presentations and webinars to uncover cloud-based opportunities for business accounting, ERP, CRM and ecommerce-based opportunities

·       Work with Infinavate’s Direct Sales team to facilitate and coordinate opportunities as directed by the client

·       Work with Infinavate’s Marketing Team to help develop leads and opportunities for Infinavate’s NetSuite practice via phone calls, social media, trade shows, webinars and symposiums

·       Send follow up emails and return phone calls from lead generation activities

·       Coordinate with technical resources to facilitate informational sessions for potential new clients

·       Reach out to existing client prospects on a regular basis to further the relationship

·       Research out to new potential clients and contacts to sell our integration solutions

·       Manage and update Infinavate’s CRM database by tracking information

·       Provide weekly status updates to the Infinavate leadership team for all sales activities

·       Create client specific sales presentations, co-facilitate onsite visits and attend conferences

·       Assist Infinavate’s Technical Services team with NetSuite implementations

·       Participate in sales calls, onsite meetings, technical meetings and final negotiation sessions

·       Attend Sales Conferences 

·       Territory primarily Texas and the TOLA region



Qualifications

·       Looking for a highly motivated, integral and tenacious individual, willing to develop new opportunities and following-up with existing prospects

·       Outbound and Inbound calls required to build your clientele

·       Must have a strong business acumen with a persona that exemplifies the highest levels of customer satisfaction 

·       Experience with ERP applications such as NetSuite, Sage, Oracle or Microsoft software or similar application is required

·       Understanding of General Business & Financials within an ERP systems highly preferred

·       Established network in Oil & Gas, Energy and Utilities industries strongly preferred, 

·       Experience with General Business Operations preferred with experience transacting with CXO executives  

·       3+ years in progressively responsible roles

·       Bachelor’s degree in related field required

·       Independent, resilient, driven, results focused

·       High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency to support the sales side of the business

·       Under normal business conditions, position requires 20% travel
