We are seeking an Office Assistant who can help senior management and sales representatives with productivity and process improvement.

Candidate must have great communication skills and must be able to balance multiple priorities with attention to detail
Must have strong organizational skill and always follow through 
Great phone personality: Customers should feel comfortable speaking with you
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Be able to conduct small marketing tasks such as sending out marketing materials and responding to marketing requests

Role Requirements:
Post weekly social media blogs, newsletters and other social media material
Assist with paperwork and processes to expedite the Dalco sales process
Update service ticket information & prepare tickets for invoicing
Gather vendor quotes and submit to appropriate end user
Perform follow-up with ICS/Dalco customer base, prospects appointments and Outside Account Executives
Send out surveys and assist with scoring and metrics 
Answer phones when the need arises 
Follow up with customers and gathering necessary documents
Provide highest levels of customer service for internal (other ICS employees) and external customers
Assist with lunches and special events such as conferences and client meetings
Order office supplies

Qualifications:
2-years’ experience in a customer facing role
2-years’ experience with social media blogs and postings
2-years general office experience with familiarity with Microsoft Office
Job Type: Part-Time typically 3-6 hours per day / 4-5 days per week

Salary: $13 - $16 hour
