Overview
We are seeking to hire Inside Sales Services Representatives to provide front end and back end support for our clients. This position is responsible for developing client relationships via teleconferencing to provide solutions in resolve I.T business problems via Dalco’s Services Portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships with potential clients and driving new contracts. You will facilitate contract renewals with existing customers aligned with business initiatives by recommending new product offerings.    

Qualifications
Successfully candidates will have minimum two years of prior experience working within a technical call center, technical consulting firm or in a position that provided technical support and solutions. The successful candidates will work within the set guidelines of established KPI’s and expected to meet or exceed sales quotas.  Our organization believes that knowledge is power, and employees are expected to attend training sessions.  
  
Our sales representatives consult with our clients to help define business problems with technological solutions that drive innovation and automation. We leverage our vast array of certified personnel, valuable partnerships, mature processes and scalability to achieve our client’s IT objectives to position them for future success. 

Responsibilities
•  2 years or more of experience in sales and service delivery, or related field such as project management and technical support
•  Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
•  Experienced with keen ability to analyze and interpret customer pain points to solve apparent and transparent business problems
•  Enterprise consulting experience that includes consultation, design, delivery, implementation, and management of customer expectations
•  Self-directed and highly motivated with keen ability to multitask with both pre-sales and post sales engagements
•  Fierce desire to stay abreast of the latest products and technology trends
Compelling history of achieving sales quotas with consistent increases revenue and profit goals
•  Degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology and proven experience in technical sales
•  Experience working with internal departments such as Solution Architects, Project Managers and Engineers drafting proposals and statement of work documents
•  Keen ability to stay focused on client satisfaction initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction standards are achieved and maintained
•  Complete Partner Product accreditation when applicable.
•  Have a high sense of urgency to go above and beyond the standard means to provide an extraordinary customer experience.
