Title: Corporate Partnerships Associate
Reports to: Director of Partnerships
Location: Remote with required travel to certain regattas, preference given to candidates within commutable distance to Princeton, N.J.

USRowing is a nonprofit organization recognized by the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee as the national governing body for the sport of rowing in the United States. The organization’s mission is to steward, strengthen, and grow American rowing by championing performance and igniting new passion for the sport.
USRowing selects, trains, and manages the teams that represent the U.S. in international competition. The organization serves a diverse array of constituencies including novice learn-to-rowers, masters rowers, national team athletes, collegiate rowers, adaptive rowers, and coastal rowers.
We are focused on growing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the sport of rowing on a national scale, increasing support for our national team programs, and providing additional value to our over 77,000 individual members and over 1,400 rowing organizations.
Job Summary:
The Partnership Associate will work closely with the Director of Partnerships to maintain USRowing’s growing corporate partner program. The Partnership Associate will have a keen eye for brand alignment, be creative and knowledgeable of social media assets and trends. This role requires a blend of marketing strategy, partnership management, and project management. The Associate will work across multiple departments, as appropriate, to define and deliver contractual obligations. The Associate will also manage a small set of sponsors exclusively. A rowing background is preferred, but not required. Passion for sport is required.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage portfolio of clients with guidance from Director, including regular client meetings, developing benchmarks for success, and measuring expectations of deliverables

Manage deliverable schedule and assets for all clients

Work across departments to ensure quality results

Manage regatta vendors and partners

Maintain billing schedule for vendors and all partners

Create and execute event follow up – outlining metrics of success for all partners

Attend pitch meetings

Create and/or edit pitch decks, and one-sheeters for external use

Create and/or edit social media assets as necessary

Create event follow-up plan outlining event return on investment for partners

Help manage incoming requests, including scheduling, and conduct initial meetings with potential partners

Salary Range: $58,656-$69,305.60
