Job Summary:

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our team and support our rapidly growing business in EMEA. You will be joining a high performing team in the UK as the first marketer, collaborating closely with the Sales, Customer Success, Product and Marketing teams.

 

This individual will develop and execute regional marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand generation, pipeline and ARR. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the EMEA market, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of successful regional marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pioneer and implement agile field marketing strategies tailored to the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives while swiftly adapting to market needs and trends.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand market needs and create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Organize and manage events, trade shows, webinars, and other field activities to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing and sales team to support ABM campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of regional marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and key stakeholders in the EMEA region.
  • Evaluate the expansion of additional sponsorships including events and trade publications.
  • Ability to craft messaging and ads to support localized ad campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Enterprise and HR Technology experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the EMEA region.
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA market dynamics.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful field marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience using marketing automation and CRM tools (ie. Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo, Monday.com, Asana, Goldcast)
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within the EMEA region as required.
