Betterworks is dedicated to enhancing continuous performance management and goal-setting for enterprises. As a critical contributor to the company's growth, the Sr. Salesforce Administrator will manage and maintain our Salesforce CRM system as well as add-on applications in our Revenue Operations Tech Stack. Continually researching new tools and developments in AI, this person will evaluate and provide feedback into best of breed CRM applications. This role involves customizing Salesforce to meet the needs of the sales, marketing, CS, and Finance teams. The Sr. Salesforce Administrator will conduct business in a way that builds credibility and trust – timely follow-up to requests, and keeping the database Healthy.
What We Are Looking For In This Role:
· A Salesforce Administrator who is proficient in declarative programming, with a strong focus on leveraging point-and-click tools for building applications, but who is not primarily focused on custom development or coding.
· Manage and maintain the Salesforce CRM system to ensure efficient lead management and accurate reporting
· Integrate and Manage CRM extension applications as necessary (Outreach, People.ai, Zoominfo, and more)
· Customize Salesforce to meet the cross functional needs of Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success
· Develop and implement Salesforce and CRM landscape best practices and training programs for team members
· Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce system
· Leverage data loader and other mass cleaning tools to keep the org well maintained healthy
· Create and manage dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics
· Implement and maintain automation within Salesforce to streamline processes
· Maintain direct communication with Enterprise Account Executives to effectively manage opportunities
· Enable and Train end-users on existing and new tools as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
· A U.S. based employee, preferably working on West coast hours.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (3-6 Years)
· Salesforce.com certified and experience with Flow and App builder
· Experience in managing and customizing Salesforce to meet specific business needs of a Sales and Go-To-Market organization.
· Effective time management and organizational skills
· Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
· Excellent communication and training skills
· Proven ability to manage and maintain a Salesforce CRM system
· Experience implementing or maintaining a CPQ system
· Strong research and account development skills
· Demonstrated track record of exceeding performance targets
