Position Overview: Evo Security is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Community Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, particularly within the cybersecurity or IT services sector, and experience working with MSPs. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and brand recognition.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Plan and manage event logistics and company attendees 
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with MSPs is highly desired.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
