Training and Outreach Administrator
Location: Remote, United States
National Grazing Lands Coalition is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Training and Outreach Administrator. This position will be responsible for administrative duties and assisting in the coordination and execution of training courses across the United States. The ideal candidate will work closely with the education and planning team to organize events, foster partnerships, and facilitate educational courses.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the education and planning team
- Assist in the coordination of training courses and workshops
- Support the planning and execution of educational events and programs
- Attend and assist at training and other events throughout the U.S.
- Collaborate with the Director of Education and Planning, Manager of Education and Planning, Education and Outreach Coordinator, and Regional Managers.
- Help in the development of outreach materials and educational resources
- Foster partnerships with relevant organizations and stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of outreach strategies and initiatives
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with diverse populations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in educational program coordination is preferred
- Knowledge of Outlook, Teams, and Monday.com platforms
- Knowledge of agriculture and grazing land management is preferred
Working Environment/Physical Activities:
- Office and outdoor work environments.
- Physical activities include desk work, computer use, telephone communication, and walking/standing for extended periods in ranch settings.
- Travel long distances by vehicle, including unpaved roads, and occasional lifting of materials up to 25 pounds.
- Clear communication, meeting facilitation, and professional public interaction are required.
- A remote and flexible work environment with full-time, salaried hours during typical business hours when not traveling.
- Up to 30% travel, primarily assisting in course and event facilitation
- Adherence to NatGLC's travel, procurement, conflict of interest, and code of ethics policies.
This position reports to NatGLC’s Director of Education & Planning.
Salary & Benefits:
- The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $60,000 based on experience.
