Integration Specialist

The Integration Specialist’s role is to plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the implementation of new accounts, as well as Integration projects for existing clients. As the Integration Specialist you will be working with a diverse team and interacting across various departments. You will work as a liaison between technical and business communities and communicate complex technical situations in understandable terms. You will help client's define the scope of their projects and work with them to implement. The Integration Specialist is responsible for successfully leading each new client through their initial integration. Communication skills, problem-solving, project management, and knowledge of integrations and restaurant systems are critical for successful performance in this role.

Other job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Follow a project plan to integrate new MIRUS Customers.

  • Document business rules and procedures during a new client implementation.

  • Map data from new systems into client’s MIRUS database.

  • Validate data posting in MIRUS against data from original source system.

  • Work with the Account Management Team as a liaison between the client and the various departments within the company.

  • Participate as a member of our team in developing and executing the strategies for managing our growth.

  • Assist the Account Management team with current customer projects.

  • Assist in testing the application and providing HelpDesk support.

Hours:

You will be required to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

  • Understanding of hospitality POS systems

  • Project Management experience

  • Excellent communication and documentation of process

  • Understanding of restaurant data such as Sales, Labor, and Food Cost

  • Experience with Google Workspace

  • Proficient in Excel

  • Knowledgeable of the restaurant industry, including vernacular specific to the industry

  • Excellent time management skills, along with the ability to shift between multiple on-going projects

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines established by the clients

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with any Restaurant Point of Sale/ Restaurant Data Management Systems

  • Restaurant experience above store in Operations, IT, Finance is a plus

  • Prior SaaS Implementation experience is a plus

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
