Department: Human Resources/RecruitmentReports To: Recruitment ManagerJob Summary: The Company Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified Tele Radiologists and Mobile X-Ray Technicians. This role requires a deep understanding of the medical imaging field and the specific qualifications and certifications necessary for Tele Radiologists and Mobile X-Ray Techs.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the tele radiology and mobile x-ray industry.Create and post job advertisements on relevant job boards and social media platforms.Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.Coordinate with hiring managers to arrange interviews and follow-up meetings.Negotiate job offers and finalize employment contracts.Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.Attend job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract talent.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations concerning employment.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare or medical imaging industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.Knowledge of employment law and hiring practices.Preferred Skills:Experience recruiting for telemedicine or mobile healthcare services.A network of contacts in the radiology and medical imaging sectors.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:
