Job description

We are a multi-state mobile radiology provider. We have a large fleet of vehicles to maintain. There is also a significant amount of radiology equipment that needs to be maintained. There are several maintenance techs who fall under the supervision of the asset manager. We are looking for someone with fleet management experience. The candidate also needs to have a strong maintenance background. Management experience is also needed.

Job Duties:
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of assets, including vehicles, radiology equipment, IT equipment, etc.
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to help streamline the process and keep our technical staff members up and running in the field.
- Oversee a team of maintenance and asset subordinates.
- Monitor the fleet maintenance software and keep everything up to date.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective asset management.

-Travel to areas of need within our multi-state operation on a regular basis.
- Manage the team of maintenance and asset subordinates.

-Maintain a strong working relationship with our lead techs in the field.

```Requirements:```
- Bachelor's degree of some type is preferred, but not required.
- Proven experience in asset management or a related field.
- Strong mechanical skills are necessary. Both for vehicles and equipment.
- Knowledge of fleet management software.
- Experience with managing a team of employees.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with leadership as well as subordinates.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

-Availability to travel to any locations within the company that need attention
