Are you an experienced physician recruiter who thrives on building meaningful relationships and placing top medical talent where it matters most? We’re seeking a Radiologist Recruiter to join our growing team and help us hire highly qualified Teleradiologists for facilities across the U.S.

This is a fully remote position for someone who knows the unique demands of physician recruiting and wants to be part of the fast-evolving world of telemedicine.

What You'll Be Doing:

· Gain a strong understanding of the role of Teleradiologists and the diverse needs of healthcare facilities nationwide to match physicians with the right opportunities effectively

· Write and post clear, engaging job listings across job boards and social platforms.

· Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess physician qualifications.

· Collaborate with hiring managers to guide candidates through the full recruitment cycle.

· Negotiate offers and support the onboarding process.

· Build and maintain a steady pipeline of radiology physician candidates.

· Represent the company at virtual job fairs and physician networking events. Travel to these events as needed.

· Ensure all recruiting practices follow applicable laws and ethical standards.

What You Bring:

· 5+ years of experience specifically recruiting physicians (Teleradiology or Radiology experience highly preferred)

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong organizational and follow-up abilities

· Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms

· Knowledge of employment law and best hiring practices

Preferred Qualifications:

· Prior experience recruiting in telemedicine

· Established network in radiology or medical imaging

· Ability to work independently and collaborate in a remote environment
