Staff members of the Robotics Education & Competition (REC) Foundation have energy and passion for the mission and vision of the REC Foundation. This position is primarily responsible for data analysis, information collection, and/or project specific duties.
Responsibilities

Assist with data analysis and information collection

Prepare documents/materials using various software programs

Maintain files and retrieve documents; maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Distribute information/materials to both our staff and customers
-
Perform general research in support of the REC Foundation’s mission and goals

Assemble and/or prepare kits, boxes, conference materials
-
Donor Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor databases, tracking donor contributions and communication history
-
Corporate and Federal Grant Writing and Research: Prospect grant opportunities, assisting the grant writer with preparing grant proposals, and ensuring compliance with grant reporting requirements

Database clean up: Removing duplicates, renaming constituents, and fixing formatting
-
Fundraising campaign assistance: Support donor outreach, including preparing and sending acknowledgement letters and thank-you notes
Other Responsibilities

Understand, uphold, and implement organizational policies and standards, including but not limited to: Student-Centered Policy, Code of Conduct, Youth Protection Policy, Commitment to Event Excellence, and the Employee Handbook

Deliver exceptional customer service to REC Foundation customers

Ensure and maintain an ethical, trusting, inclusive, and productive work environment

Provide continual feedback to help maintain program integrity

Perform other duties as assigned

Job Type & Status: Part Time | Hourly | Non-Exempt

Primary Location: Greenville, TX office

Schedule: will be set by direct manager and may vary; typically 10-20 hours per week
Requirements

Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office products

Excellent written and verbal skills; English fluency is required

Computer competency and ability to learn new programs

Maintain security and confidentiality of sensitive information

Proactive problem-solving skills that lead to innovative thinking and resolutions

Ability to multitask and utilize time management skills
