MAC seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative individual to serve as People Operations Coordinator to support key organizational operations, staff, and culture.
ABOUT US
Midwest Access Coalition (IL 501c3) is a regional practical support organization (PSO) that assists low-income individuals with the funding and support needed to surpass barriers to accessing abortion at any gestation. For those who are traveling to, from or within the Midwest to access safe abortion services, MAC plans and funds bus/train/plane travel, gas reimbursements, rideshares, volunteer drivers, hotel accommodations, food, and childcare. We envision a world where abortion is completely accessible to all financially, geographically, and emotionally.
Since 2015, MAC has assisted over 7,000 individuals and families from over 33 states going to over 70 clinics throughout the country. We prioritize centering the client experience and work hard to develop relationships with abortion funds, other PSOs, and clinics to ensure the quality of the abortion access journey is high no matter where one lives.
