About our Customer Experience Service Delivery Team:

The Service Delivery department is our front line for client and technical relations. We strive to cultivate a high performing environment that creates long-term relationships.

As a Project Coordinator, you will drive and monitor cyber security activities to ensure deliverables are planned, tracked, and delivered on time. You will work in a challenging environment to meet growing business needs. Our clients are central to our business, and we are looking for a Security Project Coordinator who has attention to detail and the ability to coordinate and track service deliverables.

As a Project Coordinator, you will:

Assist in creating an exceptional experience for our internal customers and be the primary point of contact for Security Engineers and Compliance Assessors.

Key Activities:

·         Service delivery tasks that include planning, scheduling, tracking, delivering and communication of service deliverables, including the escalation of issues when necessary for resolution.

·         Oversee aspects of cyber security services; to include setting deadlines, monitoring, and summarizing progress of service deliverables.

·         Prepare and maintain service delivery documents and reports for presentation, including maintaining strict Quality Assurance standards to obtain approval of reports prior to presentation.

·         Ensure all assigned service deliverables comply with Specialized Security Services (S3) standards and requirements.

·         Support cross functional teams and security experts in the development and gathering of service delivery requirements, documents, project plans and to ensure timely and accurate communication of project deliverables.  

·         Facilitate internal client check-in meetings to determine the status of service deliverables, organize and track service resources to ensure deliverables are accurate and on time.

·         Provide guidance to engineers and assessors to drive exceptional customer experiences.

·         Develop and maintain internal client relations while building partnerships.

·         Drive retention and growth among our clients by understanding their business needs and assisting internal teams to succeed.

·         Attend and participate in stakeholder meetings and follow up on important actions and decisions.

·         Perform other duties as assigned.

Required experience that drives success in this role:

·         A university degree and/or project coordinator related work experience.

·         Security industry certifications are a plus, (but not required).

·         Experience in managing cyber security projects.

·         Knowledge and experience with cyber security.

·         Strong Organizational and Time Management skills (required).

·         Strong Communication skills.

·         Critical thinking and Problem-Solving skills.

·         Intermediate to advanced MSOffice Suite knowledge.

·         Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.

·         Ability to work and multi-task within a challenging and fast past environment.

·         Enthusiasm for technology.

·         Experience in a Professional Services or Consulting organization is a plus.
