About the Commercial Sales Consultant role:


The Commercial Sales Consultant is responsible for prospecting and closing new and cross sale business in an assigned region. He/She will utilize a consultative sales approach to map S3 service offerings to the client's needs. The Sales Consultant will ensure clients are satisfied with their services and build long term relationships along with meeting sales quotas and create revenue for the organization.


As a Commercial Sales Consultant, you will:


  • Responsible for overall sales strategies and generating positive business outcomes for our clients.
  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Create and manage a pipeline of potential customers to expedite closed sales.
  • Prepare compelling and creative presentations and client pitches.
  • Set up meetings and calls with prospective clients to identify needs and propose solutions.
  • Manage Zoho One, LinkedIn, email and other systems to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Manage weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting results to VP.
  • Regularly call or visit existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and to explain new services as they are made available.
  • Willingness to travel as need it.


Required experience and Education that drives success in this role:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 5+ Years selling into enterprise level organizations
  • 3+ Years selling IT solution sales experience is preferred
  • Experience selling to C-Level executives
  • Proven record of managing a sales territory
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Have a validated sales background in developing business strategy, collaboration,
  • superior negotiation skills and delivery of client success
