Position Summary

The Cybersecurity Service Project Manager supports S3 Services initiatives by coordinating and supporting projects assigned to Engineers and Assessors and must be capable of acting as the central point of contact for clients and services in a fast-paced environment. In this role, attention to detail is a must as the Cybersecurity Service Project Manager will assist in combining multiple types of information into final reports that will be delivered to the Client(s). Other support activities include, but are not limited to, coordinating scheduling of service(s), meetings, follow quality assurance process,  preparing and submitting documentation to management for approval and facilitating client meetings. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

•  Provides direct support to the engineers, assessors and clients to ensure timely delivery of services and deliverables.  

•  Acts as a liaison between our clients, managers, and associates to coordinate service activities.  

•  Prepares and maintains the Administrative Documents. 

•  Update engineers, assessors and management on any client changes. 

•  Prepares reports for presentations, following QA Flow Charts to obtain approval of reports prior to presentation.  

•  Provides updates for the weekly Client Status Reports. 

•  Escalates and documents client or service impacting issues.

•  Maintains weekly communications with clients, providing support and answering any questions or concerns in a timely manner to enhance S3’s relationship as the Client’s    security partner. 

•  Respond to customers in a positive and timely manner.  

•  Responds to concerns, questions and issues by maintaining direct and continuous contact with Clients.  

•  Performs other duties/functions as assigned.


 Qualifications 

•  Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time

•  Project Management experience 

•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

•  Multi-Tasker

•  Experience in a working with multiple departments

•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education and/or Experience 

•  Must have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge

•  Professional writing skills are a must

•  Project Management experience 

•  College degree or applicable experience
