Position Summary

The Client Service Associate partners closely with our service teams and clients to deliver a seamless experience. This role ensures our assessors, consultants, and engineers stay organized, informed, and fully prepared for client interactions.

 

The ideal candidate is detailoriented, highly organized, and dedicated to exceptional service. They excel at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks across several projects in a fastpaced environment.

 

Success in this position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to quickly learn new processes, systems, and tools. Individuals must demonstrate initiative and consistently follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy.

 

This is an in-office position. Standard business hours are expected (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.); however, this role may require additional time and schedule flexibility based on workload, deadlines, or business demands.

 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for service-related interactions with clients, exercising discretion and professionalism in all communications.
  • Assist with client service needs, including processing requests, resolving issues, and delivering timely, accurate, and exceptional service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring data integrity across all systems.
  • Prepare materials and documentation for client meetings.
  • Assist in collecting and organizing client information and required documentation.
  • Coordinate follow-up tasks and action items after client meetings.
  • Support service teams with operational and administrative tasks.
  • Communicate with clients regarding follow-up items and service requests.
  • Assist with managing meeting workflows, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to a team-based environment supporting multiple teams and client relationships.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of three (3) years of related work experience to in a professional services industry with demonstrated success driving operational excellence.
  • Proven ability to manage highly confidential, complex, and sensitive information.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization and comfort speaking with clients by phone.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented, driven and demonstrates a degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and some PowerPoint).
  • Experience with a CRM platform is preferred (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).

 

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
