AbsenceSoft is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support its businesses’ marketing efforts. The digital marketing specialist will be responsible for measuring and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, maintaining and optimizing website performance and content, overseeing keyword management and associated SEO/SEM strategies, identifying high-impact paid and organic social media content, and reporting and creating actionable plans based on marketing KPIs from a variety of data sources including Google Analytics, Search Console, social media channels, and marketing automation tools.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in developing overarching digital marketing strategy to drive company growth.
  • Collaborate internally to develop, execute and support SEO and SEM strategies, including web optimization, keyword management and competitor analysis
  • Manage day-to-day performance and needs for corporate website, including content and layout updates.
  • Identify and execute on web optimization opportunities with a keen focus on the customer experience
  • Collaborate internally to execute paid search and social campaigns that help drive awareness and demand.
  • Create and maintain analytics reports and dashboards to track and trend digital performance with the focus on improving performance and making data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify key opportunities to add to the digital customer journey & experience
  • Assist with creating personalization and targeted strategies
  • Utilize feedback and data to understand user experience, identifying lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in digital advertising and marketing 
  • Manager campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies with finance team.
  • Provide regular reporting on competitor digital landscape
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

What’ll Set You Up for Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, public relations or related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience, including knowledge of web and SEO best practices, B2B digital marketing strategies and marketing KPIs required
  • Fluency with marketing analytics tools including Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio and Semrush
  • Familiarity with content management systems, including Wordpress
  • Experience using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social or similar)
  • Proficiency with marketing automation software (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot or similar)
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information effectively and strategically
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite with an emphasis on InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
  • Ability to project manage communications deliverables and reliably meet deadlines
  • Ability to respond to constructive feedback
  • Flexibility in a fast-paced environment of rapidly changing priorities
  • Understanding of key marketing KPIs

  • Our headquarters is based in beautiful Golden, Colorado but this is a remote-based position. 
  • This is a full-time, salaried position.

  • The salary range for this position is between $65,000 - $90,000.
