Key Responsibilities:

·         Culturing primary human T Cells and mammalian cell lines following SOPs

·         Support development, optimization, validation and characterization of cellular product manufacturing

·         Application of aseptic techniques

·         Maintenance and routine care of critical equipment

·         Plan and execute production activities under the direction of the Lead Scientist and MSAT Manager

·         Responsible for monitoring inventory supplies and consumables

·         Routinely prepare and maintain cell culture reagents and media

·         Work independently and as part of a team in a regulated environment

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in biological science or related field with at least 1 years of hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture or equivalent combination of education and experience, Advanced degree is a plus

·         6 months or more of cGMP experience

·         Human cell based immunotherapy experience is preferred

·         Experience with GMP documentation and processes

·         Excellent communication and organizational skills

·         Strong computer skills (including Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

·         Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy in lab work and documentation
