Website Launch/QA Technician
LawLytics is a rapidly growing legal marketing software-as-a-service (SaaS) company based in Tucson, Arizona. We provide small law firm owners with the technology, strategy, training and support they need to successfully market their practices online.
We are searching for a Launch/QA Technician who will be responsible for ensuring our customer’s websites are launched accurately and in a timely manner, and will perform thorough quality assurance tests before and after launch. We are looking for someone who is technically-savvy, meticulous and detail-oriented, and great with customers on the phone.
The exceptional candidate has expertise in managing DNS, web hosting, registrars, nameservers and domains, and the ability to explain these concepts in simple language. Our ideal applicant also has experience using applications like Screaming Frog, Aherfs, EasyRedir and Cloudflare.
To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, meet deadlines, and communicate very effectively. Previous experience as a support technician, and familiarity with troubleshooting and solving technical issues are helpful for this role.
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed pre and post launch quality-assurance checks on launching websites, following documented procedures
Assist customers with launching their websites, ensuring DNS records are directed properly, and fielding any technical questions the customer may have about their website
Creatively troubleshooting any launch or QA difficulties, using resources at your disposal including independent research and collaboration with colleagues as appropriate

Preferred Experience:
A working understanding of how DNS records work and how to update them at the registrar or host level
At least one year of customer service experience in a technical, service-based business

Job Type: Part-time (20 hrs/week) 8am - 12pm M-F Arizona time
Pay: $14-16/hr
