Job Summary:
The Warehouse Technician supports day-to-day warehouse operations by handling equipment movement, staging, and organization. This role focuses on accuracy, physical execution, and teamwork to keep shows and internal operations running on schedule. You work closely with warehouse leadership and production teams to maintain a safe, organized, and reliable workspace.
Primary Responsibilities:

Pull, stage, move, and return equipment accurately for shows and internal needs

Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and basic inventory order

Support loading and unloading of trucks and internal transfers

Follow OPAV warehouse procedures, safety practices, and operational standards

Assist warehouse teammates and production staff as priorities shift

Represent OPAV professionally when interacting with internal teams and visitors
Minimum Qualifications

Authorized to work in the United States

Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs repeatedly

Availability for flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends as needed

Willingness to perform physical, hands-on work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior warehouse, logistics, or general labor experience

Experience in live events, production, or AV environments

Forklift certification or similar equipment experience (can be trained)

Familiarity with inventory handling or staging equipment for projects
Compensation:
$18.00 - $24.00 annually, based on experience and scope
