As a Product Manager, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key product initiatives. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end product planning and execution throughout the development lifecycle. This position will define and prioritize customer requirements and work closely with internal and external teams to ensure all revenue and stakeholder requirements are met.
Functions & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a product and feature roadmap reflecting business priorities and timing, while keeping stakeholders in sync.
Prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with a team of engineers, and designers to ship high-quality experiences.
Build both back-end and customer-facing solutions to solve growth problems.
Define functional and non-functional technical requirements and priorities with business owners and stakeholders.
Create the long-term vision for features with significant customer and company impact.
Lead all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the feature or the product. Collect and analyze feedback from end-users, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
Elegantly and effectively integrate user research, market analysis, and customer feedback into product requirements to ensure products satisfy customer needs.
Triage product defects and ensure proper ownership and delegation towards resolutions.
You are a motivated, proactive product manager with a clear idea of how to do product work. In addition, you are:
Proficient in Product Development (writing user stories, product specs, PDLC, and Product Management).
Work effectively across functional teams.
Capable of understanding technical concepts and discussing trade-offs
Obsessed with demonstrating and proving the value of your work
Working knowledge of FinTech, payment processing and / or online banking preferred.
5 to 7 years of product management experience, or equivalent.
Strong user experience sensibilities and familiarity with platform UI best practices.
Experienced in planning work for assigned work streams.
Working knowledge of JIRA and Agile practices. Must be comfortable working in a start-up environment.
