The role:

The Treasury and Financial Operations manager will be responsible for enhancing core business services that are the backbone for Qolo. You will use data and operational excellence to deliver technology solutions, procurement, billing and payroll services, strategic sourcing, banking and supplier relationship management

 

 

 

What you’ll do:

 


  • Responsible for the relations with banks and third-party financial service providers

  • Manage funding processes through banking partners

  • Manage bank account reconciliations and flow of funds reconciliations

  • Own the compliance of internal controls, policies and procedures for all treasury functions 

  • Develop financial operation policies and procedures  

  • Work closely with Accounting and FP&A teams to manage cash flows forecasting 

  • Review and manage agreements with banks and other financial services providers

  • Develop process improvements and efficiencies for day-to-day functions of treasury and financial operations

  • Establish and maintain investment policy 

  • Manage and mentor a financial operation analyst 

  • Assist CFO and management team with ad hoc projects as needed

 

 

 

 

 

What you’ll need:

  • At least 5 years of Financial Operations and Treasury experience

  • Bachelors degree in finance or related discipline; or equivalent experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with cash management, banking and ERP systems 

  • Prior management experience a plus

  • CTP a plus

 

Bonus points for:

 


  • Experience working with start-up organizations

  • Financial Technology software industry

  • Have built cashflow forecasting from the ground up

  • Have worked closely with Accounting and FP&A teams

  • Strong Excel skills (V-Lookups, Pivots, etc)

  • Experience with CRM applications

  • Microsoft Office

  • Experience with SQL a plus
