The role:

The Sr Technical Recruiter is a part of the team that leads Talent Acquisition for the enterprise in North America. As a Technical Recruiter at Qolo, you will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, selecting and partnering with the business to hire talent at all levels. These include roles in Engineering, Development, QA, Architecture and more. You will find talent that no one else can, and are able to do this through the relationships you build along with the creative and innovative sourcing techniques you develop. 

What you’ll do:

 

  • As the Technical Recruiter to our engineering and technical teams, you will be a part of the North America Talent Acquisition team driving all things hiring in the US. This will include driving the full recruitment lifecycle including needs analysis, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and hiring processes  

  • Coach and counsel hiring managers on best practices and serve as advisor to them on candidate & competitive industry talent intel. Establish trusted business partnerships with hiring managers and leaders to execute profile requirements, recruiting strategy, interview management & status updates 

  • Leverage creative sourcing techniques to tap into specialized talent pools, such as Social Media, LinkedIN, and more

  • Help build the Qolo  brand as “employer of choice” with world-class candidate experience 

  • Maintain accurate ATS, produce weekly metrics, analytics, dashboards, and reporting highlighting wins and concerns 

  • Partner with People Resource Manager on employer branding

  • Onboarding (i.e. I-9 processing, hiring employees into the HRIS, etc)

  • Reporting and analytics

 

What you’ll need:

  • 8-10 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting required

  • Industry recruiting experience in Software Development, Engineering and related technical fields required

  • Experience collaborating successfully with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview process, and interview assessment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with track record of building positive relationships

  • Ability to utilize data to influence the business and backup recruiting goals

  • Experience sourcing passive candidates via ATS, LinkedIn, Dice and related sites

  • Ability to prioritize shifting demands in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment

  • ATS experience
