The role:

We're looking for a Sr Director, Enterprise Execution to work with our founding team as well as other senior leaders to help drive multiple projects forward. In this role, you will identify which projects are a priority by working with the executive team, as well as with the functional teams, to assess a high level timebox and help create a graphic roadmap to ensure executives are able to understand the landscape and make prioritization decisions. This role is part project manager and management consulting, managing multiple different initiatives (in conjunction with the project owner) as well as advising senior leadership on the best paths forward.  

 

Projects will be primarily associated with strategic product, operational and platform initiatives tied to the Qolo platform itself; however, functional groups with strategic projects that tie back to these initiatives will also be incorporated in the broad landscape and prioritization process.

What you’ll do:

 

  • Assess and enable executive prioritization of highest impact initiatives across the enterprise

  • Develop plans based upon teamwork break down of key initiatives

  • Operationalize key initiatives through collaboration with key enterprise partners / stakeholders (e.g., engineering, product, operational teams); inquire and help assess implications upstream / downstream, impacts to associate experience, interdependencies with intersecting projects

  • Hold accountability for organizing, capturing inputs, risk management and reporting on key executive decisions into a predictable and reliable communication cycle within the organization.

  • Determine key metric and KPI requirements to track and measure success; monitor and share progress to goals, uncover key root causes and corresponding recommendations to address, and synthesize key learnings for future projects


What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor Degree or higher

  • 7+ experience in Project Management/Management Consulting required

  • PMP certification a plus

  • Proven organization, planning and prioritization skills to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders concurrently (and potential also vendor partners); ability to operate on deadlines

  • Demonstrated analytic acumen, ability to leverage data to drive decision making and improve outcomes

  • Strong strategic acumen with focus on continuously improving outcomes and customer experience

  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills

  • Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
