The role:

In partnership with the Sr Implementation Manager, the Jr Implementation Manager (IM) effectively guides clients and internal development teams throughout the implementation process.  The Jr. IM works closely with all levels of client organizations to actively set expectations and support established project goals.  To accomplish this the Jr. IM is expected to spend time with the client to understand workflows and use cases, in order to drive best practices.  The Jr. IM contributes to the implementation plan and actively manages tasks between internal teams, client teams, and leadership so project requirements are well understood, and the solution built supports and improves an organizations management and representation of their clinical assets.

What you’ll do:

 

  • Serve as the main point of coordination and contact between all internal value-add functions – from operations and Information Technology to Sales, Finance and Client Account Services

  • Author, deliver and manage a project plan and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

  • Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.

  • Effectively apply Qolo’s implementation methodology and lead teams to deliver according to internal and external success criteria.

  • Proactively identify client needs and develop, articulate and drive towards appropriate solutions

  • Actively participate in cross-functional workgroups to solve problems and implement positive change.

  • Advocate efficiently on behalf of clients and users in cross-functional workgroups

  • Edit and update project management tool on a daily basis.

  • Review and manage scope of project based on Scope of Work.

  • Manage and oversee all operational aspects of the project and identify & escalate any issues appropriately.

  • Conduct training for client admins on effective platform usage to foster adoption.

  • Support access level and maintenance requests

  • Identify areas of pain and work with QA to document and cross train. 

  • Facilitate highly effective team and client meetings.

  • Hold status meetings as necessary with project teams.

 

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 

  • 3-5 years of experience in implementation 

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with client teams 

  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical information into terms clients understand

  • Strong Analytical acumen
