The role:

The Marketing Specialist will promote the company's products and services to existing and prospective customers through strategic use of graphics, logos, and other promotional products. Working closely with the VP of Marketing, you will help define qolo’s brand and positioning as the leader in the payment solutions industry.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborates with product teams to fully understand product and communication needs

  • Partner with sales team to effectively communicate product marketing collateral 

  • Based on direction from the VP Marketing, draft communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia

  • Design various marketing collateral utilizing Photoshop or similar software to include social graphics, banner ads, sales collateral and more

  • Presents design ideas and recommendations to the VP Marketing, committee, or sales team.

  • Creates and coordinates multimedia packages

  • Partner with outside agencies, such as PR firm, to coordinate releases 

  • Be the SME with Hubspot, you will be in it day in and day out managing content, qolo brand book and more


What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or relevant direct experience

  • Three to five years of related experience writing and editing projects; portfolio of relevant previous projects highly preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

  • The ability to multitask, pivot and work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

  • HubSpot or related CRM experience, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Webflow and/or Wordpress

Bonus points for:

  • Experience working with start-up organizations

  • Financial Technology software industry

  • Graphic Design Skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)

  • Financial Services experience
