We're looking for a Chief of Staff to work with our Founder & CEO, Patricia Montesi. In this role, you'll work closely with Patricia to help lead strategic initiatives across the company, incubate new projects, and be a liaison across the broader Qolo team and community.
On any given day, you might find yourself consulting on various projects throughout the company, joining (and sometimes leading) meetings with the CEO and other C-Level executives, helping to expand our marketing and outreach efforts, and much much more.
This will be a senior role within the company, and a career-defining role for the right person.
What you’ll do:
Assist and lead special projects & strategic initiatives across the org
Manage inbound & outbound communication within the office of the CEO
Manage to-dos, scheduling & contact management while working with relevant stakeholders to drive agreed upon outcomes.
Connect the dots — unearth new opportunities, relationships, and partnerships to add value to the broader org
Synthesize lots of data from various sources into easy to understand briefings to settle on important priorities.
Under guidance, extend reach across all aspects of the Qolo company & community (ie. Can represent to all functions as "Patricia #2").
Incubate ideas based on Founders and C-Level vision, research scope to see if initiatives are viable
Be a trusted thought partner & liaison to the broader Qolo team, fellows, and any other important collaborators.
What you’ll need:
Organized & detail oriented mindset, who can keep trains running on time & leaves no stone left unturned.
Strategic thinker who can lead and incubate projects.
Strong ability to "altitude shift" - zoom out for high level strategic thinking, then zoom back in to ruthlessly prioritize and execute.
Proactive, can handle ambiguity, and doesn’t need to be micromanaged.
You get thep grind and can be left to work autonomously.
Up for much more than a 2 year tour of duty — you’ll want to stay at Qolo from 90 employees to thousands of employees.
Could be a few years out of college or 15 years out of college.
