About the Work:
Own the product strategy & roadmap for our rapidly growing fintech marketplace and data solutions
Deliver on multiple, simultaneous projects in conjunction with team leadership and strategic initiatives
Be a PM leader and a strong individual contributor – CBANC is committed to growth and investment in our product capabilities and operations
Develop a deep understanding of our customers and their needs/behaviors/motivations, and translate those insights into meaningful solutions
Deliver business impact by launching, enhancing, iterating on new and existing products
Build deep relationships with stakeholders beyond the Product team to develop cross-functional solutions to critical company challenges
Strong collaboration with marketing, sales, analytics, engineering, and other stakeholders including operations, legal & compliance to lead and execute on the product roadmap
Hire & develop talent within the PM team
About you
7+ years experience in product management with relevant experience in owning B2B SaaS, product-led growth in fin-tech, or any fast-paced tech company
Experience at a fast-growing small company (<200)
Ability to leverage large amounts of data and information to prioritize the next best release that will drive the best customer outcome and align with business goals
Experience rolling out operational & process change
Communicate well and influence colleagues and executives
Experience with distributed global teams
Experience hiring and managing other product team members
Bonus: Experience in banking/financial services or online marketplaces
