REQUIREMENTS


We are looking for an experienced Salesforce engineer to design, build and maintain our CRM cloud-based marketplace solutions and cross system integrations. You will have ownership of key technical aspects of the Salesforce platform, including custom development, technical analysis, design, development, implementation of Salesforce applications and Marketing Cloud Studio components with necessary customization. We actively seek out innovative technical solutions that drive the business-value impact of our products. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as Salesforce Marketing Cloud technology expert responsible for design and technical implementation

  • Provide technical direction and engineering support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud infrastructure, continuous analysis of platform architecture and process improvement

  • Implement dynamic content and automation to build scalable marketing flows and Journeys 

  • Working Knowledge of Interaction Studio components including Topics Weighting, Solutions Building, Setup & Administration, Data Integration, Sitemap, Segmentation & Einstein Capabilities Activation

  • Ownership of key technical aspects of the Salesforce platform

  • Design, develop, and deploy Apexs, triggers, test methods, and Lightning web components

  • Develop custom and Out-of-the-Box solutions using Salesforce functionality (APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, etc.)

  • Develop Apex/Visualforce code, web portals, sites, pages and web application integrations.

  • Deliver sustainable processes and components using native Salesforce features and components whenever possible

  • Provide expertise on complex cross platform/application support issues

  • Build web frontend solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript

  • AMPscript proficiency is a must-have

  • Experience with SQL and relational databases

  • Troubleshoot and fix defects for planned releases and production issues


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or certifications

  • Certified Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Administrator

  • Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder or equivalent experience

  • Interaction Studio Accredited Professional Exam Certification

  • Development experience in HTML, CSS, Typescript, JavaScript, React, React Native

  • Familiarity with leveraging Marketing Cloud Connect to integrate SFDC and SFMC

  • Exposure to Journey Builder, Cloud Pages, Email Studio, Audience Builder, Contact Builder, and Automation Studio

  • Exposure to Experience Cloud app and integration

  • Experience with GIT, IDEs (ex. Visual Code Studio), and other standard pipeline deployment and release management tools

  • Familiarity with security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signature, SSL, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0)

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
