REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce developer to design, build and maintain our CRM cloud-based marketplace solutions and cross system integrations. You will have ownership of key technical aspects of the Salesforce platform, including custom development, technical analysis, design, development, implementation of Salesforce applications with necessary customization. We actively seek out innovative technical solutions that drive the business-value impact of our products. RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical direction and engineering support for Salesforce infrastructure, continuous analysis of platform architecture and process improvement
Implement dynamic content and automation to build scalable marketing flows and Journeys
Ownership of key technical aspects of the Salesforce platform
Design, develop, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, test methods, and Lightning web components
Develop custom and Out-of-the-Box solutions using Salesforce functionality (APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, etc.)
Develop Apex/Visualforce code, web portals, sites, pages and web application integrations.
Deliver sustainable processes and components using native Salesforce features and components whenever possible
Provide expertise on complex cross platform/application support issues
Build web frontend solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
Troubleshoot and fix defects for planned releases and production issues
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field
Solid understanding of Salesforce platform features including Experience Cloud/Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud
A minimum of five years of Salesforce platform/design/development experience
3+ years of advanced Salesforce declarative configuration experience
Experience building custom Lightning Components
In-depth understanding of Salesforce Lightning CRM capabilities and constraints
Excellent understanding of SOSL, SOQL, and Salesforce API connections
Experience with Apex, Visualforce, SQL, JavaScript and REST API development
Experience integrating with the Salesforce platform
Experience working with sandbox and production environments
Salesforce Certified Developer Certification is required with additional Cloud Consultant Certifications (Sales, Service, Community, or Marketing) preferred
Demonstrative success with at least two Salesforce custom-built applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Certified Salesforce Administrator or equivalent experience
Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder or equivalent experience
Development experience in HTML, CSS, Typescript, JavaScript, React, React Native
Familiarity with leveraging Marketing Cloud Connect to integrate SFDC and SFMC
Exposure to Journey Builder, Cloud Pages, Email Studio, Audience Builder, Contact Builder, and Automation Studio
Experience with GIT, Heroku, IDEs (ex. Visual Code Studio), and other standard pipeline deployment and release management tools
Familiarity with security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signature, SSL, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0)
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
