We are the professional network for the banking industry, powering the largest online community of banks and credit unions in the US. Our technology enables CBANC members to expand their business in ways that were previously out of their reach. The results are more efficient operations, the ability to better serve customers, and an improved competitive position for our members. We are revolutionizing the banking industry and are looking to build tightly knit teams that can deliver innovative solutions for our customers.
As a QA Engineer Lead at CBANC, your daily activities will include more than simply testing code. We all have the same end goal and that's creating the best experience for our customers. We are seeking an individual that is fearless and relentless to make sure that happens. There will be plenty of testing to do and it's all about the details. Specific information is often needed to get to the root of issues. Clarity with attention to detail should be one of your greatest assets. Sometimes you'll find things aren't what they should be, and you'll have to relay your findings to a developer or product owner. Getting there early in the process is important, but so is the way you deliver it.
The ideal candidate should be diplomatic and transparent. You'll be responsible for testing all releases for multiple micro services, constantly updating JIRA ticket statuses and identifying and bridging communication gaps between developers, UX and product owners. You need to be a master at multitasking and managing your time efficiently.
