REQUIREMENTS

 

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role launching Salesforce at CBANC and help drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our growing Sales, Marketing and Customer Support organizations to thrive. A successful candidate will be obsessed with customer success and passionate about technology to solve business problems to grow the business.


RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Serve as a Salesforce systems administrator and manage day-to-day operations
  • Implement Salesforce cloud solutions, including migrating data from legacy systems
  • Managing integrations with other systems
  • Provide outstanding support on system issues including system availability, maintenance, and performance optimization
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex solutions using custom objects, workflow, validation rules, processes, and flows in Salesforce and related applications
  • Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and customizations to address evolving business needs
  • Document requirements, design and analyze a broad range of reports or queries
  • Hands on configuration of new and existing Salesforce.com features
  • End-to-end ownership of both planning and execution responsibilities for assigned projects
  • Helping business develop or optimize reports so they yield meaningful insights
  • Maintain and refresh sandbox(s), perform regular health check and system backups


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years in Salesforce administration
  • Experience in Salesforce Sales, Marketing and Experience Cloud implementations
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com architecture and API
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, data model / architecture, and security  
  • Experience integrating AWS data and existing products with Salesforce
  • In-depth understanding of the architecture, capabilities and constraints of the various Salesforce cloud solutions
  • Proven ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Experience with Apex Triggers, Apex Class, and Apex code
  • Experience with Lightning, but comfortable navigating in Classic
  • Ability to maintain composure in dynamic and high-pressure situations
  • Self-starter comfortable of working independently with little oversight
  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience 
  • Strong understanding of Agile based development and methodologies
  • Software development and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence
