Position Summary:

We’re looking to add a key leader to our Executive Team: a Senior Director/VP level Leader for our Core Network Business Unit. This role is accountable for the growth, engagement and monetization of our Membership.  

This is business leadership role with a high degree of autonomy coupled with black-and-white accountability to achieving the business plan.  You’ll need to be comfortable with and experienced in building a situational awareness, identifying the drivers of success, building plans and leading your team in the execution of the plan and the attainment of the objectives.

We strongly prefer this role to work from the Austin office.  Relocation assistance may be provided.



  • Own the Business Unit P/L along with technology and other roadmaps. 

  • Lead a team of 3-5 staff plus third party content partners, agencies, consultants and others.

  • Identify and build plans to improve success drivers like membership count, monthly active users, minutes of use and others.

  • Own the member engagement funnel and lead Members to monetization events including direct monetization and lead generation for other businesses. 


You bring

  • Understanding of how to drive Member engagement, and a track record of using that understanding to drive measurable results.

    • 7-10 years of progressive experience on one or more of the following tracks:

      • Data Analytics

      • Business Analysis/Modeling

      • Online community development and growth

      • Ecommerce marketing and/or merchandising

      • Leadership of blended teams including technologists, analysts, campaign management/execution

  • Understanding of the banking industry, with a focus on community banks and credit unions.

    • Background in financial services and/or FinTech helpful, along with speaking “fluent banker.”

  • Curiosity and the willingness to use the scientific method to develop, test and scale or discard hypotheses.

  • Dissatisfaction with the status quo and a willingness to work every day to improve it.
