About this role
As a Product Manager at CBANC, you will be responsible for driving product initiatives from inception through execution. In this role you will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, analysts, and other cross-functional team members within the organization to ensure that our products move the needle and delight our users. You also will play a key role in shaping the Product discipline.
What you’ll do
Own delivery of product initiatives and releases
Get inside the heads of our users, feel their pain, and surface insights from customer interviews
Define, document, and communicate objectives, requirements and constraints for product initiatives and releases
Collaborate with engineers and designers to shape the product
Communicate cross-functionally
Prioritize and sequence product initiatives for maximum impact
Perform market research and analysis
Qualifications
You have:
3+ years of product management experience
A track record of shipping products that had an outsized, positive impact
An entrepreneurial work style, you’re a self-starter and leader
Excellent organization skills
Ability to work well with designers and engineers
An analytical and metrics driven work style
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Prior experience at a startup
Comfort with ambiguity
Even better:
