Pay: $22/hr; $23/hr for overnight (10p-6a) shifts; Weekend differential $1.75

Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours/week, non-exempt.
Current Open shifts: Overnight 10:00pm - 8am Thursday - Sunday.
***This position will require traveling between our residences located in Broomfield and Boulder; candidates will need to be willing to work at all locations. The schedule will be consistent but the location will vary.
Purpose of Position- Provides for the health, safety and welfare of the residents with disabilities in their homes and in the community. Implements residents’ Individual Plans. Monitors and reports on data to ensure compliance with all applicable regulating agencies. Maintains professional relationships with residents as well as members of treatment teams.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
1. Provides for the health, safety, and welfare of the residents with disabilities in their homes and in the community.
- Attends to resident health and safety needs according to all assessment and care plans, including medication administration, personal hygiene, and home and community safety.
- Performs cleaning, cooking, and other site maintenance as assigned.
- Provides transportation as required using company vehicles.
- Ensures the ongoing facilitiation of person-centered principals in the home.
- Deals effectively with crisis situations.
2. Implements, monitors, and reports on residents’ Individual Service and Support Plans as stated in the Individual Plan.
- Completes all documentation and tracking timely and accurately.
- Communicates effectively with residents, guardians and family members, and all other members of residents’ treatment teams.
3. Monitors and reports on data to ensure compliance with all applicable guidelines and regulations, including Imagine! Policies and Procedures.
- Completes all required training, including annual refreshers, in the appropriate timeframe.
- Reports all behavioral incidents, medical emergencies, and/or significant changes in medical condition to Residential Site Supervisor, and completes all related paperwork in a timely manner.
- Maintains respectful and professional relationships with residents, staff, guardians and family members, and all other members of treatment teams.
- Confronts conflict productively, as described in the residential training.
- Utilizes effective time management skills.
- This position is expected to travel to and work at any group home as needed.
- Maintain client specific training for residents at all group home locations.
Other Duties/Responsibilities
- Strictly complies with household budget protocols and spending limits, including guidelines for resident personal needs funds.
- Maintains the residential site, vehicles, and resident personal belongings in good repair, being mindful of safety and cleanliness.
