 As an EVITP (Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Training Program) certified turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firm, we leverage our in-house expertise to efficiently manage and execute large-scale projects. Responsibilities:

In-Office:

  • Schedule and coordinate site audits.
  • Manage correspondence by responding to client and internal emails promptly.
  • Upload, and organize photos from site visits.
  • Create and maintain entries in OneDrive and Salesforce.
  • Update Salesforce records to ensure accurate project tracking.
  • Review and evaluate site photos for engineering and business development needs.
  • Analyze utility bills, meter data, and available electrical capacity to prepare for site audits.
  • Coordinate with engineering to gather additional site information and resolve technical questions.

Field:

  • Conduct thorough site inspections and capture detailed photographic documentation.
  • Record stall counts and existing EV usage.
  • Perform cellular data testing to assess connectivity.
  • Meet with property owners and managers to discuss the program and identify optimal charger placement.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in understanding and evaluating complex electrical systems.
  • Ability to read single-line diagrams (SLDs) and site maps.
  • Identify electrical points of interconnection.
  • Inspect physical pull sections to determine conductor size, bussing, and customer wire sizes.

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in engineering or electrical focus preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Travel frequently, including flights and extended drives, to complete on-site audits.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Background in EV charging, renewable energy, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with government and utility incentive programs.
