As an EVITP (Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Training Program) certified turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firm, we leverage our in-house expertise to efficiently manage and execute large-scale projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Install EV charging infrastructure on new construction sites
- Run EMT and underground conduit accurately and efficiently
- Pull and terminate wire in accordance with NEC and project specifications
- Install and make up panelboards, switchgear, and related electrical systems
- Work with 208V, 240V, and 480V power systems
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and one-line diagrams
Technical & Electrical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Article 625 and other relevant NEC standards for EV charging installations.
- Experience with 240V/208V circuits, wiring EVSE units to panels, and using torque tools per spec.
- Skilled in EMT and PVC conduit installation; able to bend, mount, and seal per job specs.
- Comfort working in energized panels (where permissible and following all safety protocols), installing breakers, and verifying load capacity.
- Capable of installing compliant grounding systems for EVSE units and subpanels.
- Install, repair, maintain, and test commercial, industrial and residential electrical systems
- Use industry related hand tools and power tools.
- Measure, cut, bend, thread, etc.
- Install wire and electrical cable systems, conduit systems and other wire raceway systems.
- Terminate wire and cable within control centers, distribution boxes, transformers, transducers, switch gear, receptacles, switches, etc.
- Splice and terminate wires at junction points.
- Troubleshoot equipment electrical systems and control circuits and build control panels from drawings.
- Communicate effectively with crew members.
- Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with colleagues, customers and vendors.
License/Certification:
Certified Electrician (California DIR) in active status.
Qualifications:
- Competitive Salary based on experience (DOE), ranging from $35-$40 per hour
- Minimum 4 years electrical experience
- Minimum 2-year experience leading construction crews
- Detailed oriented and impeccable organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Capable of handling various tasks of projects.
- Ability to read single line diagrams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Must be ok with traveling throughout Los Angeles and surrounding counties.

- This position requires travel to different job sites. Overnight stays may be necessary depending on the project location.
- Overtime and weekend work may be necessary to meet project deadlines. The electrician should be flexible with work hours and be prepared for an extended workday.
