The Engineer supports the Cloudrise Delivery Centers by managing the technical aspects of client systems and is primarily responsible for solution uptime, availability and problem troubleshooting.  Engineers are also responsible for the technical development of various clients’ security solutions such as but not limited to Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Cloud Security Gateway (CSG) platforms. 


  • Monitor health and availability of technologies 
  • Respond to technical alerts generated by supported technologies 
  • Toubleshoot application-based performance issues or outages of technologies 
  • Responsible for the management, advanced configuration and fine-tuning of various data protection technologies (i.e. DLP and CSG) 
  • Manage planned changes through change request process 
  • Standard policy configuration, updates and tuning  
  • Document standard operating procedures and contribute to knowledgebase 
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • BA or BS in Computer Science or Information Management 
  • 2+ years working in cyber security and/or technology engineering support experience 
  • Previous experience and knowledge of leading DLP technologies (i.e. Symantec, Forcepoint, McAfee) 
  • Previous experience and knowledge of leading CSG technologies (i.e. Symantec, Netskope, McAfee) 
  • Basic knowledge in system security architecture and security solutions 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Willingness to work in a shift schedule to support global support service 


  • Self-motivated to improve knowledge and skills 
  • SQL or Oracle Database experience 
  • Regular expression experience 
  • Scripting knowledge of Perl, Python, Java or Bash 
  • Industry standard certifications, including Security+, Network+, CISSP, etc. 
  • Vendor certifications from leading DLP and CSG technologies 
  • Works well both in a team environment and independently
