Position Summary:

 

Account Executives at Yapi-DoctorLogic are responsible for driving net-new revenue across our patient engagement, website, and digital marketing platform for dental and other select medical specialties. This role blends deep industry knowledge with a hunter-first mindset—proactively generating pipeline, uncovering business pain, and running a polished, consultative, end-to-end sales process.

AEs manage the complete buyer journey: from initial outreach and discovery, through tailored demos, multi-stakeholder evaluation, commercial negotiation, and handoff to Onboarding. Success in this role requires a true start-up mentality defined by urgency, ownership and persistence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales quotas by driving net-new acquisition across engagement, website, and digital marketing products.

  • Maintain a strong hunter motion with documented ability to create pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner relationships, marketing follow-up, and strategic networking.

  • Deliver timely, accurate forecasts and maintain clear visibility into pipeline health, progression, and risk.

  • Maintain advanced working knowledge of dental and medical practice operations (systems, workflows, pain points, competitive pressures) and how the Yapi-DoctorLogic platform alleviates challenges across the full patient journey.

  • Engage prospects through phone, email, remote demos, and CRM-based communication

  • Manage and track all opportunities through the sales cycle, proactively driving next steps, decision processes, and multithreaded engagement.

  • Building relationships with consultants, DSOs, and referral partners.

  • Accurately document all prospect interactions in Salesforce per company standards.

  • Serve as a point of contact for key industry leaders, consultants, and referral sources, delivering VIP-level professionalism.

  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Onboarding and Customer Success to optimize lead flow, messaging, targeting, and handoff quality.

  • Identify process improvements and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance new-customer experience and long-term retention.

  • Execute additional strategic or prospect-centric initiatives as assigned by Sales Leadership.

Qualifications

  • Top performer in a SaaS B2B role with four (4) + years experience of closing net new logos.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Love winning and helping customers and teammates achieve their goals.
  • Must thrive in a collaborative, solution-driven environment that focuses on open and honest communication with internal and external customers.
  • Must have an inherent curiosity and top-notch active listening skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and arrange daily calendar and to-dos to successfully accomplish all tasks of the day.
  • Demonstrate B2B negotiation tactics
  • Proven software demonstration skills
  • Experience with Zoom, Gong, Salesforce, and G Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation: 100K base + commission
