Job Summary:

BioSafe Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven RX Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of sales order processing for pharmaceutical kits. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying shipping details, printing RX labels and pick tickets, assigning batches, and preparing all documentation for our fulfillment team. This position requires strong proficiency in NetSuite and Excel, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for process consistency in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

• Verify sales orders in NetSuite, ensuring accurate shipping addresses and flagging errors.

• Export and manage open orders in Excel for validation, memo updates, and picker assignments.

• Use CSV imports to update order readiness.

• Print and organize pick tickets and RX labels, matching them by Sales Order number.

• Prepare all picking documents and labels in advance of each shift.

• Liaise with Client Services to resolve address issues or exceptions.

• Maintain data accuracy in NetSuite and external spreadsheets.

• Keep the labeling and print areas clean and organized.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• At least 1 years of experience in logistics, order management, or ERP-related roles

• Strong preference for NetSuite or ERP system experience

• Intermediate Excel skills (filtering, CSV handling)

• Must be bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish fluently.
