About The Job: 

Master Grant Management: Take the lead in reconciling grant expenditures and producing financial timely reports that highlight our success in stewardship of funds.  

Coordinate with Purpose: Work collaboratively across departments to track grant spending and staff time ensuring all costs are accurately recorded and reported, following established guidelines. 

Collaborate on Audit and Compliance: Assist in our annual audit and other reviews, ensuring that our financial practices meet the highest standards and reflect our dedication to the community. Help the team and agency ensure that audits are low stress by developing and maintaining reliable record keeping systems that are ready for review at moments notice.  

Foster Relationships: Build and maintain positive connections with team members and external partners, contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment. Help program departments understand and utilize the grants that fund their work.  

Gain Insight into Grantor Expectations: Participate in training sessions and seminars that enhance your knowledge in grants, accounting, and more—because we believe in investing in our people! 

Be a Team Player: Contribute to other accounting and agency-related duties as assigned, embracing new challenges and opportunities as they arise.
