Role Responsibilities

  • Engage with Enthusiastic Inbound Leads: Connect with qualified leads provided by Amplify through dynamic outbound calls.
  • Multi-Channel Customer Support: Answer customer questions via phone, SMS, and email, providing comprehensive support across all communication channels.
  • Deep Dive into Customer Needs: Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand and confirm customer needs, ensuring personalized service.
  • Generate Tailored Plans: Use our advanced platform to create and explain recommended life insurance plans, highlighting their benefits in relation to customer needs.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on the fundamentals of life insurance, Amplify’s unique process, and the workings and suitability of universal life insurance.
  • Customized Solutions: Assist clients in finding and customizing life insurance plans, illustrating various scenarios to match their specific requirements.
  • Application Assistance: Collect all necessary client information to facilitate the submission of life insurance applications smoothly.
  • Collaborative Conversion Efforts: Partner with case managers and delivery team members to drive customer conversions, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Team Engagement and Development: Actively participate in team meetings and coaching sessions to enhance your sales techniques and improve Amplify’s workflows.

Required Experience

  • 1+ years of sales experience via telesales and outbound calling
  • 2+ years of experience as a life insurance agent with demonstrated success
  • Must have a current and active Life Insurance License in at least 1 state
  • Experience with Universal Life Insurance, specifically Indexed Universal Life (IUL)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex topics succinctly
  • Experience leveraging CRM, Powerdialer, and other sales tools effectively
  • Proactive, self-motivated with a drive to meet and beat objectives
  • Basic knowledge of finance

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with financial planning concepts and available tax-advantaged vehicles
  • Interest in working weekend shifts occasionally
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: Starting base compensation: $37,000.00 - $40,000.00 plus uncapped commission and bonuses
