Job Summary: 

As a Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-performing sales professionals for our tele sales Life Insurance team. This role is crucial to our growth strategy, ensuring we have the best talent to achieve our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment within the insurance or financial services industry, with a proven track record of success in a remote working environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and recruit high-caliber sales professionals for tele sales roles in life insurance, general insurance, and financial services.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens, evaluate qualifications, and assess candidate fit for our sales team.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, providing a seamless candidate experience.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including the use of job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Employer Branding: Promote our company as an employer of choice in the insurance and financial services industry.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.

Qualifications and Required Skills

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales recruitment, preferably within the life insurance, general insurance, or financial services industries.
  • Remote Work: Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, decision-making skills, problem solving, time management, organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to work well in a high paced environment.
  • Tools: Proficiency with recruitment software and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of sales roles and the unique challenges of recruiting for tele sales positions.
  • Attributes: Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
